MacKenzie is a 16 year old sophomore at Fort Vancouver High School who made the choice to collect the $15,000.

At the end of the school year, contest winners will be selected at a drawing event at Washington State University Vancouver. The program is open to all students that have met the qualifications and there is no cost to participate. Details, contest rules and answers to general questions are located on the Dick Hannah website.
