)-- FJP Investment received access to a car park investment at Glasgow International Airport earlier this year.
“Investing in a car park is pretty straight forward, you, the investors, get to own any number of car parking spaces at a busy international airport and you receive income from passengers parking their cars in your parking space at the airport,” said Tom Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd.
Park First has been in the car parking business since 2004 providing investors with exclusive access to leading car park investments in the north of England.
“With more than £20 billion in gross parking revenues available throughout the UK every single year, it provides an ideal market for investors to tap into,” added Roberts of FJP Investments.
Glasgow International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the UK with over 7.4 million passengers in 2013. The airport expects demand for long stay parking to outstrip supply in 2014.
“As the airport gets bigger, the passenger numbers increase, more land around the airport will be needed for future car parking needs meaning an investment today is likely to be worth significantly more in the future,” Added Tom Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd.
Investors purchase individual ‘car parking spaces’ which are then leased back to an experienced car park management company. The car park management company will manage the ‘parking space’ on the investor’s behalf.
