O'Fallon Brewery Recently Closes on Multi-Use Building

St. Louis property to serve as brewery's new production facility.

St. Louis, MO, August 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- As the St. Louis area's second largest craft brewery, O'Fallon Brewery has grown so much that it needed a closer-to-home production facility than the one they use in Wisconsin. Owner Jim Gorczyca found the perfect place nearby in Maryland Heights, Mo. listed by Hilliker Corporation.

The brewery recently closed on the property located at 45 Progress Parkway. The 38,000-square-foot building has more than two acres of land. The new location will feature a brew house, tasting room, tours for visitors, and an outdoor patio. The new facility will allow the company to produce 25,000 barrels a year. Renovations are scheduled to be completed by March 1, 2015.

Founded in 2000, O'Fallon Brewery produces small hand-crafted batches of beer. The company is located at 26 West Industrial Dr. in O'Fallon, Mo.

Hilliker Corporation represented the seller, Goldman Holdings and DCM Group represented the buyer, Salt Creek Holdings, LLC.

The property was previously the home of Prism Medical, a provider of safe patient handling and mobility equipment.

Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis' largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company located at 1401 S. Brentwood Blvd. The firm's agents, who each average over 15 years of experience, have completed more than 10,000 sales and leases for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients since its inception in 1985.
