Fort Myers' Young Entrepreneurs Make Top 25 in the U.S.
Fort Myers, FL, October 25, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Two brothers, Arun and Arjun Parameswaran, aged 24 and 22 respectively, have been chosen by Businessweek Magazine to feature in their Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under the Age of 25 in the nation. The two brothers are the founders of Ft. Myers-based Astutant Group, which specializes in business services for small to medium sized businesses and the medical industry. Both Arun and Arjun were raised in Botswana, Africa and moved to Florida in 2003 and 2005 respectively. Their father, the late Raju Parameswaran, was founder and Chairman of the Acme Services group, and director of Flo-Tek Pipes & Irrigation, based in Botswana, Africa. “He was a serial entrepreneur himself, and he inspired us to develop entrepreneurial skills on the world stage” says Arun, the elder of the two brothers.

Businessweek’s annual contest aims to showcase the best young entrepreneurial talent in the US, and the companies that these individuals have founded. Chosen from over 300 nominations, the Top 25 are then entered into a competition to determine who the Top 5 Entrepreneurs are. The Top 5 are determined through an online voting process, where supporters from all over the world can vote for their favorite entrepreneur.
