Sellout Crowd Gets a Taste of Ruby Vapor at Gettysburg Brew Fest

Gettysburg, PA, August 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Gray skies and rainy conditions did not discourage a soldout crowd from enjoying the variety of flavors offered by 35 brewers and Ruby Vapor, at the inaugural Gettysburg Brew Fest on Saturday, Aug. 23, hosted at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg.

Ruby Vapor offered tastings of selected e-liquids, and offered its full complement of flavors and a variety of products for sale to the more than 1,200 guests and 300 VIP attendees at the first-ever Brew Fest. Ruby V also distributed coupons for a 10 percent discount, encouraging visits to its store at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg.

The event was nestled against the new Seminary Ridge Museum, one of the most historic and recognizable structures on the outskirts of the historic town. The western landscape of the battlefield and the South Mountains provided the backdrop for Brew Fest, presented by Gettysburg Festival, Inc. Festival Executive Director Randy Prasse was pleased with the turnout and enthusiasm of the large crowd, despite a steady rain.

“We were very excited to participate at the event. As a result, we were able to connect with new customers,” says Bambi Reifsnider, manager, RubyV. “We look forward to participating at other local events to increase awareness for RubyV and our products!”

Ruby Vapor, a leading retailer of high-quality electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, and accessories, appreciated the opportunity to introduce its products and the vaping experience to Brew Fest visitors at its booth. Ruby is now turning its attention to participating in the 10th Annual Wine & Music Festival, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 6 and 7, at the Gateway Gettysburg Complex, from noon to 6 p.m. each day. The Festival is presented by the Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce.

Guests at the Brew Fest on Saturday, for those over 21 years of age only, enjoyed unlimited sampling of craft beer. Those attending an earlier special VIP sampling tried brews selected for that group only. Also on hand were vendors such as Ruby Vapor, and a selection of foods, cigars, Brew Fest products, custom molded aluminum items including beer steins, and visitor and other event information from Destination Gettysburg.

There was also opportunity to visit the famous cupola atop the Seminary Ridge Museum, to take in the view that Union General John Buford had on July 1, 1863 during the first day of the Battle of Gettysburg.

Located across from the Food Court at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg, the RubyV store is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sundays and holidays.
