)-- During the last seven years, Taras has worked for the Embassy of Ukraine, as a commercial attaché to Poland. Previously he has helped to strengthen economic relations between Ukraine and Israel and the Netherlands. Taras is a graduate of the Lviv Trade and Economic Institute, and an alumni of the training course at the Center for Political and Diplomatic Studies at Oxford University. He holds a PhD degree.
