This year, 1,500+ hospital marketing experts attending the AHA Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) conference in San Diego will be served a delicious, high-energy, gourmet lunch sponsored by Baldwin Publishing. Baldwin Publishing’s gourmet chefs partnered with chefs at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego to prepare popular dishes from Baldwin’s Health eCooking® recipe collection.

Health eCooking® is an online video recipe library created by television chefs and approved by dietitians. Hospitals, health systems and health insurers license Health eCooking® recipes to enhance website engagement, increase web traffic and give patients a better browsing experience with healthy food options and recipe ideas.

Baldwin Publishing is hosting the SHSMD luncheon so hospital marketers can taste the recipes that attract thousands of visitors to their websites every year.

At the SHSMD lunch, Baldwin Publishing will be serving Wild Berry Salad with Chocolate Balsamic Dressing, followed by Chicken Piccata, a healthy twist on an Italian classic.
