She received her Bachelors Degree in hotel Management from the University of Puerto Rico and has worked in that capacity for over eight years. As the hotel Manager, Idalith makes sure there is a smooth flow of hotel services to the customers, mostly tourists. She is also a versatile thinker handling most of the problem solving that occurs on a day to day basis.
Idalith enjoys various activities when not hard at work at Marriot. These include photography, metaphysics, reading, writing and research. She also gives back to the community not only by her chosen profession in the hospitality industry by also by her charitable contributions.
