Fear City Chicago Haunted House's 2014 Halloween Season Ends on November 1

Halloween at Fear City Chicago and Cursed Haunted Houses does not end on October 31, but extends one more day to Saturday, November 1 which is "Dia de los Muertos."

Morton Grove, IL, October 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Fear City and Cursed are preparing for the final days of the 2014 Halloween Season. Their specially crafted "Day of the Dead" room is a feature of the haunted house that has been a popular room in Fear City all season long. As featured on Univision Radio and in the Extra!newspaper, their last day of Season 4 will wrap this year's presentation in celebration of the holiday.

The Day of the Dead (or Dia de los Muertos) is a holiday from Mexico, celebrated now around the world, focusing on gatherings of friends and family to remember those who have passed, but also to celebrate life with festivals and parades. In Mexico, where Day of the Dead continues to be a largely reverent and rural tradition intended to celebrate death, the festivities have taken on a modern, commercial feel, much like Christmas or Halloween.

Final Show Dates are Wednesday through Saturday, October 29, 30, 31 and November 1 with the performances running from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm Wednesday & Thursday and Friday & Saturday to 12 midnight at 8240 Austin Avenue, Morton Grove, IL 60053.

Monday and Tuesday October 27 & 28 are also the last two days to play laser tag inside the haunted house for this season. For more information or to book reservations, visit: http://fearcitychicago.com/schedule/battle-royale-laser-tag
