Reinier is an International Infrastructure Consultant and received his post graduate law degree from Oxford University in England and his LL.M (Master of Laws) which is an internationally recognized postgraduate law degree from the University of California at Berkley. As a consultant, Reinier advises on topics including international development of infrastructure in global markets as well as consulting for international banks in Africa and Asia. He is a proud member of the International Bar Association and makes his home in Chevy Chase Maryland.
