Jonas Seider, J.D., Joins Lloyd Jones Capital as Senior Analyst
Multifamily investment firm continues to show tremendous growth.
Miami, FL, October 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Lloyd Jones Capital, a Miami-based multifamily investment firm, is bolstering its acquisitions team with another impressive hire: Jonas Seider, J.D. Seider joins LJC as Senior Analyst and will help identify optimal investment opportunities for clients.
Before joining LJC, Seider worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he generated portfolio allocation models and other data for bank clients. Seider also worked for real estate developer Green Mills, LLC. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he refined the company’s financial models. He holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School.
At Lloyd Jones Capital, Seider analyzes properties and builds relationships with brokers to find the best investment opportunities for clients. He works alongside VP of Investments Gerald Jorge, who joined the firm in July. Seider is excited about finding properties that will deliver substantial returns to LJC’s client base.
