Toll Brothers Colorado Collects 250 Pounds of Supplies for Operation Holidays from Home

For the third year, Toll Brothers Colorado supported the troops for the holidays by collecting non-perishable food and personal items through the Operation Holidays from Home program.

Denver, CO, December 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Front Range residents who visited Toll Brothers communities this fall were generous and donated nearly 250 pounds of supplies for U.S. troops overseas. For the third year, Toll Brothers Colorado supported the troops for the holidays by collecting non-perishable food and personal items through the Operation Holidays from Home program.

Items collected were sent to Jordan Nicole Sanchez and her Naval unit of 50 serving in the Arabian Gulf. Sanchez, a relative of an Arizona Toll Brothers employee, is a trained Aviation Radar Technician on the U.S.S. Carl Vinson. She is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet with her area of responsibility being to support Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations, and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.

“We support the service of all of our troops and are pleased to be able to collect so many needed items for Jordan and the members of her unit,” says Mark Bailey, Colorado Division President. “After she finishes her 10-month deployment, she plans to return to her home of San Diego to complete her active duty at the Naval Base Coronado Island and then finish her college studies. We thank all who donated items this year and also appreciate the help of the University Pak Mail Store in Denver that once again donated the boxes and packing supplies.”
