Access Self Storage Managers End 2014 by Paying Out Christmas Cheer

$100 goes a long way for families in need.

Lancaster, TX, February 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- For the third consecutive year, Access Self Storage has enabled their managers to take an active part in the company’s community commitment by giving them $100 to donate to someone in need. “It’s great to see our employees going out into the community and finding someone to bless over the holidays,” says company Co-owner Doug Hunt.

Managers Eddie and Linda Jones at Access-Lancaster were able to make sure that the three children of father dealing with spinal cancer had gifts for Christmas while the Manns of Access-Garland helped a local church provide Christmas dinner to area families.

In Red Oak, managers Chuck and Mary Culp were put in touch with a mother of two who had recently adopted a teenager and was supporting her newly larger family working at a daycare. The Culps pooled their money together and matched the money Access provided, getting it to the family right as they started a battle with the flu.

The Culps also head up a free gift-wrapping center at their facility each year as well, and have seen many people blessed as a result. “We really appreciate working for a company that cares about those in need and is willing to provide tangible support,” she says.

With the holiday season wrapped up and Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Access Self Storage is hoping to keep spreading the love throughout 2015.
