Press Club to Participate in Global French Culinary Event

A special dinner taking place at the luxury Hanoi restaurant Press Club on March 19 to mark "Gout de France" (Good France).

Hanoi, Vietnam, March 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Press Club, a luxury Hanoi restaurant, joins select restaurants around the world on March 19 to host an exclusive dinner to fete French cuisine for “Gout de France.” Approximately 1,000 chefs will showcase their skills to diners across five continents--and the Press Club is one participant in Vietnam.

To fete France, the Press Club’s executive chef, Guillaume Guertin, has created a menu that blends traditional and contemporary flavors. A starter of pan fried goose liver samosas with pear and fig, port wine balsamic vinegar reduction sets the stage.

Following, there are six additional courses, including snail ravioli on fennel leek fondue; a spicy tuna tartar served with avocado, mango, cilantro sesame seeds potato chips. For dessert, enjoy a mint chocolate mousse tartlet and a passion fruit sorbet.

This dinner is priced at VND 1,260,000++ per person; additional VND 1,900,000 ++ with Sommelier’s recommendation (full glass) or additional VND 900,000++ with Sommelier’s recommendation (half glass).
