An Orange County native, Klingaman graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice and a minor in health science. In addition to her background in property management, she worked in construction for two years, and enjoys paddle boarding, travel, yoga, swimming, running, hiking and trying new restaurants.
