Hope Pregnancy Center to Feature Carol Everett at Annual Fundraising Banquet

The Hope Pregnancy Center in Canton, Texas serves women in six east Texas counties. The Center's annual banquet, April 25, will feature Carol Everett, a former abortion clinic owner and author of "Blood Money, Getting Rich Off a Woman's Right to Choose."

Canton, TX, April 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Carol Everett, a former abortion clinic owner and author of "Blood Money, Getting Rich Off a Woman's Right to Choose," is the featured speaker of the Hope Pregnancy Center's 2015 banquet. The annual fundraising event takes place April 25th at the Canton Civic Center, 800 Flea Market Road, Canton, Texas.

Carol will share her personal story how God rescued her from the abortion industry. As the former owner of four abortion clinics and overseeing 35,000 pregnancy terminations, Carol will share the horror and pain of the abortion industry. Through God's grace Carol has been transformed and is now a pro-life advocate, working to save babies' lives.

As president and founder of the Heidi Group, today Carol works to help network resources for crisis pregnancy centers nationwide, providing services such as board strategic planning, fundraising, volunteer training, and continuing education. Carol has shared her testimony on Focus on the Family, Point of View, and the 700 Club. She has also served as an expert witness in courts of law and testified before Congress and state capitals speaking out against the abortion industry.

The theme of this year's banquet is "Taking the Keys" based on Matthew 16:19. The banquet is the largest fundraiser for Hope Pregnancy Center, which serves women and their babies in Van Zandt and surrounding counties. In 2014 Hope Pregnancy Center served 227 new clients, performed 167 ultrasounds, and celebrated the births of 26 babies, and mentored clients in more than 750 one-on-one classes in prenatal, child development childcare, and parenting.

At the banquet, attendees will learn about the new facets of the ministry, as well as new opportunities to expand services, along with numerous testimonies how Hope Pregnancy Center has changed lives.

Individual tickets for the banquet are $35 and a table of eight is $300. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. with dinner being served at 6:30 p.m. Besides the keynote speaker there will be live entertainment and a live auction.
