PR.com)-- Billie Redmond, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has named Karen Ruoff Brown president of Asset Management Services. In this position, Brown will establish and execute standard operating policies, processes, procedures and controls for all asset management work, as well as actively seek to build the commercial management portfolio.
Brown has more than 20 years of industry experience, with previous positions at TradeMark Properties and Trammel Crow/CB Richard Ellis in Kansas City, Mo. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., and received a certified property management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1992. She is actively involved with IREM and Triangle CREW and has previously served as president for IREM and BOM. A native of Philadelphia, she resides in Raleigh.
