Next Generation Signature Homes Acquires 99 Home Sites in Plainfield

Wheaton, IL, June 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Next Generation Signature Homes today announced it acquired 99 home sites at Springbank, a 600-acre master planned community located in Plainfield, Ill. Next Generation Signature Homes will lead development of new residential properties at Springbank immediately and is expected to commence sales in October 2015.

The Springbank homes will be offered with seven all-new floorplans designed by award-winning BSB Design, each debuting unique elements that cater to the Springbank lifestyle. The innovative floorplans provide buyers with numerous customizable options and signature details such as covered patios, four-season rooms, and pocket offices.
