Ahmad A. Amoudi Appointed General Manager of CRIF Jordan

Ahmad A. Amoudi has been appointed General Manager of CRIF Jordan - the local branch of CRIF Group that will develop and manage the first full-fledged credit bureau in the country - following more than twenty years of demonstrated career success developing and implementing operational strategies to promote organizational growth and optimal utilization of emerging technologies.

Atlanta, GA, June 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- During his professional career, Ahmad A. Amoudi has built up extensive experience in Business Development, Microfinance & MSME operations, Microinsurance development and operations within a diverse range of industries, and distinguished himself as a decisive leader of operational initiatives within organizations of varying size and scope.

Ahmad worked in Jordan as the Senior Administration Manager for the largest MFI in Jordan - Microfund for Women (from 2008 to January 2015), providing microloans and microinsurance to microentrepreneurs through 50 branch offices across Jordan. He also held the position of Operations Manager at Pioneers for Technologies Consulting (from 2007 to 2008) and Project Manager at Computer & Engineering Bureau (from 2004 to 2007).

Before that he worked as Branch and Operations Manager for US telcos and energy companies.

Ahmad A. Amoudi holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

As General Manager of CRIF Jordan, Ahmad A. Amoudi is fully committed to supervising the development of the Jordan Credit Bureau, liaising with local stakeholders, credit providers, banking and microfinance organizations. He will also be in charge of hiring the staff at CRIF Jordan in order to create a dedicated local team to implement the project, from the assessment phase until the system goes live, guaranteeing a high level of customer support.

The credit bureau, developed by CRIF, is expected to be up and running by the end of 2015 and it will help bridge the gap in credit demand in the country, extend credit to more segments of society, as well as further support the development of the local economy.
