Shodeen Homes Begins Sales at New Downtown Geneva Property: Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes
Geneva, IL, June 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Shodeen Homes recently opened sales at Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes, a community of six upscale residences located at the northeast corner of Seventh and James Streets in the heart of downtown Geneva.

Geneva’s Mayor, Kevin Burns, praised the Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes: "A successful redevelopment project should capture the character and energy of the community and Shodeen Homes has once again succeeded.”

As planned, Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes offers two designs: the 1,923 square foot Verona and the 1,980 square foot Palazzo. Both homes feature three-level designs each with three bedrooms upstairs, two and one-half baths, and a rear entry attached two-car garage. Prices range from $414,900 to $459,900 and include a finished lower level. As a flexible space, the finished lower level can be used as a home theater or media center, workout room, a hobby room or home office.

“Shodeen Homes is offering a $15,000 grand opening promotion to the first two buyers. This is a great opportunity to purchase a home in downtown Geneva and be under $400,000,” said Craig Shodeen, President of Shodeen Homes.

All residences are graced with nine foot ceilings on the main level and vaulted ceilings on the second floor. Hardwood flooring is featured throughout the first floor and full baths will have ceramic tile. The traditional style townhomes will have brick and Hardie-sided exteriors. The gourmet kitchens in these homes will appeal to any at-home chef with custom cabinetry, along with upscale stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

According to Shodeen, “Residents of Seventh Street Terrace live at the heart of all that downtown Geneva has to offer such as fine dining, festivals, specialty shopping and the walk-to convenience to the Metra train station.”

“It will be rewarding to see the progress at James Street and Seventh Street as this project will fit nicely into the neighborhood,” said Jean Gaines, President of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce. “We like to see a local company at work, especially one with a record of reviving areas and bringing new families into town. This location makes it easy to shop and dine all within walking distance.”

Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes marks the fifth downtown Geneva residential property from the Shodeen companies and the next in a series of numerous projects throughout Geneva and the Fox River Valley. It will join the nearby First Street Duplexes, Dodson Square Townhomes, Dodson Place Residential Apartments and River North Condominiums.
