5 Star SWD, LLC Announces Close of Strategic Fund
5 Star SWD, LLC, which owns and operates a growing portfolio of commercial saltwater disposal facilities and oilfield waste processing plants, announces the close of 5 Star Strategic Fund I, LP.
Falls City, TX, July 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- 5 Star SWD, LLC (5 Star) would like to formally announce the closing of its inaugural fund, 5 Star Strategic Fund I, LP (Fund I). The Fund I offering closed on June 30, 2015 and is currently engaged in the development and operation of saltwater disposal facilities throughout the Eagle Ford Shale and Eaglebine Plays. These disposal facilities will provide convenient, environmentally compliant and cost-effective solutions to E&P and trucking companies in surrounding areas.
“We are thrilled to already be underway with the development of SWD facilities in which Fund I holds ownership interest. We are scheduled to open our first state of the art 5 Star SWD facility, known as 5 Star Fashing SWD, within the next couple of weeks and believe that it will prove to be a great asset to the Fund,” stated Waylan Johnson, President of 5 Star. He further stated, “We feel very fortunate to have secured the Fashing location as it is located in the heart of Eagle Ford Shale and has already been deemed a necessity by numerous oil and gas operators in the area.”

Additionally, its management team has been working directly with some of the major players to strategize locations which best suit their needs. 5 Star has signed a consulting agreement with ALL Consulting, LLC for oversight management of all 5 Star facilities. ALL Consulting, LLC is a nationally recognized expert on disposal well design, compliance, operation and facility management.
