Kirby makes his home in Lancaster Pennsylvania and earned his Masters Degree in Adult Education from Temple University. KL Martzall is in the organization strategy and implementation business. As President, Kirby conducts over seventy five strategic sessions and implementations each year with Chief Executive Officers, their direct reports and other leaders dedicated to moving their organizations forward as they focus on and craft their future. In addition, Kirby has been recognized for various achievements including the Ernst and Young Rookie of the Year Award and the Small Businessman of the Year Award from the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
