Taco Bueno to Open Second Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Dallas, TX, August 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Taco Bueno®, the fresh Tex-Mex quick service restaurant chain, will open its second Colorado Springs, Colo. restaurant on Tuesday, August 11, 2015.

The new location on Garden of the Gods Road just west of I-25 follows the company’s record-breaking opening on N. Academy in June of this year. According to Taco Bueno CEO Mike Roper, “North Academy was one of the most successful openings in our company’s 48 year history. The response from Colorado Springs has been overwhelming. More than 100 Taco Bueno fans camped out the night before the opening to be first in line when the doors opened. We can’t wait to open our second restaurant this coming Tuesday, August 11.”

A third Colorado Springs restaurant is slated for the intersection of Dublin Blvd. and Tutt Blvd. later this fall. In addition to the new openings in Colorado Springs, Taco Bueno recently opened four new locations in Oklahoma and will open another location in Texas this year.

The menu at Taco Bueno is authentically Tex-Mex with recipes prepared fresh in every restaurant, every day. The restaurant is known for its crispy tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas made with fresh ground beef or flame-grilled chicken along with traditionally-prepared refried beans, fresh-made guacamole plus chips and shells cooked daily in-house.
