Gulf Coast Western Announces New Subsidiary to Provide Well Completion and Operational Safety Services to the Oil and Gas Industry

Dallas, TX, August 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Dallas-based Gulf Coast Western, LLC announced today it has formed a subsidiary to provide a full suite of well completion and operational safety services to the oil and gas industry. Gulf Coast Western Energy Services, also headquartered in Dallas, provides oilfield spill and frac tank containment systems, water transfer, flow back water recovery services, well clean up services, onsite Cold Clean equipment cleaning services and high pressure pipe restraints.

Gulf Coast Western Energy Services was formed through the acquisitions of Midland, Texas-based Frac Restraints LLC in late 2014 and Weatherford, Texas-based CND Energy Services in early 2015. The combined operations of these companies has positioned Gulf Coast Western Energy Services as a leading provider of well completion and safety services with a focus on the prolific resource play development areas in South and West Texas and the Marcellus and Utica Shale fields in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Gulf Coast Western Energy Services has facilities in Midland, San Angelo and Pittsburgh, PA to service operations.

“We are very pleased to introduce our Energy Services business,” said Gulf Coast Western CEO Matthew H. Fleeger. “We are excited with the potential for growth in this sector of the oil and gas industry, we believe that the pullback from low commodity pricing has provided well capitalized companies like ours with the ability to take advantage of acquisition and pricing opportunities. Our flow back and water transfer divisions are experiencing incredible growth and our Cold Clean division is capitalizing on tremendous opportunities both outside of and within the industry. Since our first acquisition in 2014, we have experienced double digit quarterly growth in both head count and revenue. We expect continued strong organic growth and are currently negotiating several strategic acquisitions.”

“Combining the established operations of Frac Restraints and CND Energy Services with the depth of industry knowledge and the financial resources of Gulf Coast Western has allowed us to expand our services and strengthen our position as a strong regional player in the industry,” said Gulf Coast Western Energy Services President Stephen Claybourn.

“In addition to the rapid expansion of our core business,” added Claybourn, “We are also very excited about the increased opportunities for our unique Cold Clean equipment cleaning services, which has applications beyond the oilfield including oil refineries, chemical companies, industrial and food service equipment, mold remediation, fire restoration, and nuclear cleaning.”

Cold Clean Technology
Gulf Coast Western Energy Services’ Cold Clean process is one of the most environmentally safe equipment cleaning services available. The Coldjet patented technology uses dry ice (CO2) rather than water or foam to clean work-site equipment leaving zero residual water.
