Milwaukee, WI, September 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Milwaukee’s iconic Five O’Clock Steakhouse recently held a summer-long dining fundraiser benefiting Dryhootch Milwaukee Veterans' Organization.

On Tuesday, September 22, Stelio Kalkounos, Five O'Clock Steakhouse's Managing Partner, presented a check for $1800 to representatives from the Dryhootch Milwaukee Veterans' Organization.

Bob Curry, Mark Flower, Rachael Johnson and Elizabeth Seer of Dryhootch Milwaukee joined Kalkounos over lunch at the organization's headquarters, located at the Milwaukee County War Memorial.

During the meeting, the group enjoyed Five O'Clock Steakhouse's legendary ribs and discussed Dryhootch's efforts in the community including job programs, fundraisers and the coffee house the organization operates as an alcohol-free social gathering place and for veterans.

"We wanted to help support the important work Dryhootch does providing peer support, employment and critical services for returning military and their families right here in our community," said Stelio Kalkounos, Managing Partner Five O'Clock Steakhouse. "So many friends, family and even veterans themselves came out to dine with us in support. The generosity of our customers was overwhelming.
