Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Selects DMI

DMI to Provide Turnkey End-to-End Secure Managed Mobility Solution.

Bethesda, MD, October 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- When the U.S. agency that regulates and supervises all national banks and federal savings associations decided to implement a new mobility solution, it needed not only secure cloud-hosted mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions, but also to be certain that the solutions would interface with existing OCC infrastructure. DMI announced today that it has been awarded a contract to assess, deliver, implement, operate and support turnkey end-to-end Managed Mobility Services (MMS) to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which is part of Department of the Treasury.

· Negotiating with carriers – Part of DMI’s end-to-end mobility services approach is to negotiate with carriers on behalf of its clients. This includes voice/data plans, mobile devices and mobile hotspot and Wi-Fi devices. The company leverages the pre-negotiated GSA FSSI contract vehicle to work with all major carriers in order to obtain the best possible price for its customers.

· Provisioning to government specifications – The contract also includes DMI’s Standard Provisioning Model, a single streamlined process that addresses pre-ordering, ordering, kitting and enrollment while automating much of the process to enhance the user experience and lessen the administrative burden.

· Secure, cloud-based mobility as a service – DMI provides MDM, MAM and enterprise in a FedRAMP environment, as well as all associated services including security, infrastructure, administrative and end-user support.

· Secure access to OCC resources – DMI solutions include a FIPs 140-2 containerized solution to securely access email, calendar, contacts and content using certification-based authentication.

Jay Sunny Bajaj, DMI founder and CEO, said:
“We are honored to be selected by the OCC to manage and support its mobile environment. DMI manages over 900,000 mobile devices using our secure mobile service centers. Our unique approach to mobility, and our years of experience in working with federal agencies, has provided us with the expertise to deliver to our clients a comprehensive lifecycle approach and secure solution that addresses all their mobility needs.”
