AFG Group Appoints Kim Showalter as Change Management & Transition Planning Specialist

Ms. Showalter is currently supporting AFG’s Transition and Relocation Team for the relocation and activation of more than 1600 personnel, and consolidating five staff divisions within the Department of Health and Human Services at the Mary E. Switzer Building, in Washington, DC.

With over 25 years of extensive project experience, Ms. Showalter led nationwide transition teams for major companies such as Heery, ORS and Gilbane. Her proven track record on fast-tracked, high-profile projects has focused on meeting schedules & budgets, reducing risk, and managing and exceeding stakeholder expectations. Some of her major projects have included notable clients such as: General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) in addition to numerous commercial and private clients.
