CrowdSource Rebrands, Announces OneSpace – the Flexible WorkForce Solution of the Future

St. Louis, MO, November 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, workforce solution provider, CrowdSource, unveiled its new identity as OneSpace. With a revolutionary Software as a Service (SaaS) platform in development, OneSpace is expanding upon CrowdSource’s successful managed solutions business by providing enterprises direct access to the market’s most comprehensive platform for implementing a flexible talent strategy.

OneSpace co-founder and CEO, Stephanie Leffler, said, “It’s important that our new brand reflect our vision of a single platform in the cloud where companies and freelancers can collaborate and establish the flexible work environment of the future.”

“The OneSpace brand more accurately aligns with our mission,” said OneSpace COO, Erin Steinbruegge, who joined CrowdSource in 2013 after experiencing firsthand the need for scalable workforce solutions in the digital marketing industry. “Most companies see the massive benefit of flexible talent but lack the tools to easily access and integrate virtual resources. Our platform gives both freelancers and companies a world-class virtual work environment that makes this model easy and profitable for both sides of the market.”

Since 2011, CrowdSource has offered enterprises, such as Staples, eBay and Overstock, instant access to talent, helping them scale their operations with unprecedented efficiency. OneSpace builds upon this foundation with a new workforce management platform that gives companies complete control over recruitment, project management and performance management within a virtual work environment. The company is accepting applications for participation in the beta release, due to hit the market in early 2016. OneSpace will continue to provide managed services for businesses that prefer a full service solution.

OneSpace is also enhancing its platform for freelancers and contractors. The expanded freelancer platform will serve as a central base of operations where independent professionals can build their careers as free agents.

Stephanie Leffler said, “We offer both businesses and freelancers not only a user-friendly and comprehensive virtual work environment, but also the preparation, support and tools necessary to succeed in the new on-demand economy.”

Along with the new brand and updated platform, OneSpace has established an innovative and rewarding culture that serves to inspire excellence in achieving the company's mission and powering the flexible workforce model of the future.

“This team inspires me every day,” said Ryan Noble, OneSpace president and co-founder. “I know it’s supposed to be the other way around, but the energy here is contagious. Everyone is united around the belief that we can change the way work gets done in the world. That is a big mission, with big impacts … and that is what OneSpace is all about.”
