Kent Properties Real Estate Group Acquires 4,600 SF Downtown Building in Traverse City

Traverse City, MI, December 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Kent Properties, LLC, a division of SunFrog Shirts, is pleased to announce the recent purchase of 4,600 SF office and restaurant building at 127 S Union Street in Traverse City. Dan Stiebel of Coldwell Banker Schmidt and Jennifer Paffi of Kent Properties/Smith Realty Group handled the transaction which successfully closed in November. This building was 100% occupied at the time of sale and is conveniently located in downtown Traverse City, one block South of Front Street. At the time of the sale, the building was occupied by the popular Union Tap & Grill. Union Tap & Grill will continue to lease space and operate in the main and basement levels. After Jan 1st, Kent Properties will take possession of the upper level. Plans for the space are to be determined.

Kent Properties, LLC is the real estate investment division of SunFrog.com, the original evergreen T-shirt platform. The company's portfolio currently holds both commercial and residential rentals, along with managing its own holdings in the Gaylord area. This is their first Traverse City acquisition.
