Emergency Reconstruction Announces 2016 Charity Partner

Emergency Reconstruction has elected to partner with American Cancer Society for the 2016 calendar year. This partnership continues from a very successful 2015 campaign.

Raleigh, NC, December 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Emergency Reconstruction is proud to announce that the company has elected to continue its partnership with the American Cancer Society in 2016.

American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program saw huge success in 2015 and cleared its goal of raising $250,000 locally. Emergency Reconstruction was honored to be a part of that accomplishment.

“The Making Strides walk is an important cause that is close to the hearts and minds of our employees,” said John Carbone, owner of Emergency Reconstruction. “We’re excited to continue this partnership through 2016 and see what kind of an impact our company and our employees can make on the local community.”

Emergency Reconstruction became an official sponsor of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program in July 2015. To date, dozens of employees have volunteered for the American Cancer Society, and Emergency Reconstruction has raised over $5000 for the cause.

“Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is the American Cancer Society’s rallying cry to bring awareness about the prevention and early detection of cancer and to raise much needed funds to provide direct programs and services to those facing the disease,” said Tracey Smith, Community Manager with the American Cancer Society. “Sponsorship opportunities are designed to position companies like Emergency Reconstruction as leaders in our community in the fight against cancer and to allow the companies staff and family to get involved and show that they are concerned about community issues. We are here, every day in the community making a difference and creating a world with more birthdays!”
