Taking part in 49 real estate transactions, her team alone assisted a total of 98 families during the 2015 calendar year. She concluded the year strong with ten closings just since November.

She attributes her lower average to her 10+ years as a serious Realtor. Louisville Real Estate Pros also pride themselves on a high Sold/List Ratio at 97%. They report only a 3% decrease overall on the sale price of their homes compared to the listing price. Ruckriegel’s average listing price in 2015 was $253,223, and her average sale price was $245,581. These numbers are again above the Louisville averages of $202,155 listing price and $196,219 sale price.
