Brightfield Virtual Hosts a Revolutionary Fashion Event in Second Life

Brightfield Virtual, a Second Life developer company, will host a Revolutionary Fashion Event January 12, 2007 at 1-4 pm PST. Top Second Life fashion designers will exhibit the latest in virtual fashions in a new and revolutionary way.

Apex, NC, January 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Brightfield Virtual, a full-service developer company within Second Life, is pleased to host their New Year Fashion Revolution Event on January 12, 2008. The event will begin at 1 pm PST with the swinging, soulful, world music tunes of musician and singer Ridha Cooljoke followed by DJ Damon Dollinger who will host a revolutionary fashion event, never before seen in Second Life.

Organizing this event is Kristianne Matfield, Spa Director for the Brightfield Virtual Retreat and Spa. She additionally is the Art Director and Staff Writer for the Second Life fashion magazine, ASpiRE!.

Ridha Cooljoke, a popular Second Life performer and talented real life professional performer, will begin the black-tie event. Ridha's soothing and elegant tunes will make it a night of fun, romance, and dancing and will be held at the Brick and Garden sponsored Carolina Club.

The evening will continue with the Brightfield Virtual Revolutionary Fashion Event at 2:30 pm PST in the elegantly designed Salon and Spa, lined with candle lit tables and dance areas. Matfield says, "The New Year Fashion Revolution is a different kind of fashion show designed to overcome some of the typical problems that usually plague fashion events in Second Life". Invitees will include top Second Life fashion designers, as well as press members, viewing designs by Immortelle, Casa del Shai, Zhao Shoes, Smooth Designs, Doll City Jewelry, Muism, Icing, Analog Dog, and Body by Pook. Admission to this portion of the event is by invitation only but will be available to be viewed live via streaming video provided by the SLCN.TV network. Free televisions, provided by SLCN.TV, are availiable at Brightfield Virtual.
