Londonís Record-Breaking Coach of the Year Secures 25% of Finalist Awards at Business Excellence Forum 2016
London, United Kingdom, May 01, 2016 --(PR.com
)-- Last year, Shweta Jhajharia broke the record in achieving London Business Coach of the Year for the sixth year running. This year she has not only made it to seven years, but she has also taken home EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Coach of the Year, Best Client Results and her clients have swept up 25% of the finalist business awards at the Business Excellence Forum in Wales.
The Business Excellence Forums are events organised by ActionCOACH to honour the “best of the best” results in small and medium sized businesses from throughout the world. The event held at Celtic Manor in Wales on 21st - 22nd April showcased the most exceptional businesses from the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA), with over 840 delegates in attendance, and a number of notable speakers including Frank Dick OBE, Paul Dunn, Allan Pease, James Sinclair, Sir Terry Matthews, and Brad Sugars, founder of ActionCOACH himself.
Shweta Jhajharia and her group of clients stole the show, with them getting up on stage too many times to count. Her client Karen Howes from Taylor Howes Designs took home the CEO of the Year award, while another of her clients, JJ Roofing Supplies Ltd won the Best Wholesale/Manufacturer award.
In addition to those tremendous wins, her clients also took home the finalist nomination awards (of which there were only 5 for each category) in the categories of Entrepreneur of the Year, CEO of the Year (two), Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year (two), Most Innovative Company, Best Service Based (two), Best Manufacturer/Wholesaler (three), Best Import/Export, Best Community Impact, Best Company Culture, Best E-Commerce, Best Retailer, and Best Overall Company (three).
In total they took home 20 of the 80 possible nominations – which is a whopping 25% of the total finalist awards. With over 120 award entries from all over the region, it is impressive and unprecedented that a single coach’s clients could win so many awards – and many of those clients winning multiple awards.
This is perhaps why it was fitting that Shweta Jhajharia also took home the Best Client Results award at the event as well as the UK Coach of the Year award.
“I couldn’t be prouder of my clients,” Shweta commented. “For me and my ActionCOACH firm, The London Coaching Group, our primary goal is to ‘create better realities’. This couldn’t be a more satisfying indication that we are on track and helping improve the realities for our clients both in business and in their personal lives.”
Shweta Jhajharia is the Managing Director and the Founder of the London Coaching Group, a franchise of the worldwide coaching organisation ActionCOACH. She founded this company following a successful management career with multinational corporation UNILEVER as their Global Marketing Manager.
She has been a rising star in ActionCOACH since she started in 2008. She has won the London Coach of the Year award every year since 2009, along with numerous other awards such as Best Client Results awards (2012, 2014 and 2015), the Millionaire Coach Award, the APCTC award for Recognition of Services to Coaching, and the bfa HSBC Franchisee of the Year award. She was the fastest coach in ActionCOACH history to reach Emerald status and was also one of the first women in the world to be awarded the ‘Diamond Level of Excellence’ award.
She has consistently come out with dramatic wins for her business clients with her ‘no bullshit’ approach. Even during recession she has maintained an average profit growth of 41% for her clients, and she is currently ranked as the number 1 ActionCOACH in the world.
Ian Christelow, MD of ActionCOACH UK said, “Shweta has transformed the landscape of what’s possible in the EMEA region - she’s an ActionCOACH legend and we couldn’t be prouder that Shweta is on our winning T.E.A.M.”
“We are celebrating the win,” Shweta further commented, “But this doesn’t mean we are done by any means. Every year we are going to push for more and reach out to more businesses to help them achieve better results and create a bigger impact. We will continue to push the envelope and see more businesses reach greater levels of success.”
