Seasoned business litigator, S. Todd Hamby, brings more than 25 years of experience to the Firm.
St. Louis, MO, July 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Carmody MacDonald P.C. is pleased to announce that S. Todd Hamby has joined the firm’s litigation group as a Principal. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and the United States Eastern District of Missouri.
Hamby currently represents over 80 condominium and homeowner associations throughout the St. Louis area. He brings 25 years of litigation experience to the Firm and substantial experience in resolving business related disputes. Hamby provides business and transaction advice as general counsel to numerous companies in the St. Louis region. He has represented several municipalities in the greater St. Louis area as special counsel, city attorney and prosecuting attorney. He currently serves as a municipal judge for the City of Arnold, Missouri, and is a member of the Board of Directors of FortuneBank.
Hamby was recently selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, 2016 edition, in the Commercial Litigation practice area.
A 1987 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia where he majored in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, he later attended St. Louis University School of Law and earned his J.D. in 1990.
