PR.com)-- Beacon Realty Capital, a commercial real estate financial services firm, announced Devin S. Huber has been promoted to senior vice president. He previously served as a vice president with the firm.
Huber originates a full spectrum of real estate financing transactions for all commercial property types, including self storage, multifamily, office, retail, single tenant and industrial. He is a member of Beacon’s Self-Storage Group and is also a liaison in their strategic alliance with Storage Investment Advisors.
Huber’s prior lending experience includes positions with GE Commercial Finance Business Properties and Heller Financial. He began his career with Arthur Andersen’s Transaction Advisory Group. Huber holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
