"Buro Perevozok" Delivered Footwear Components of Buffalo Leather from India

A New collection of buffalo leather footwear will soon appear in the Russian super markets thanks to the ACEX alliance member in Rostov-on-Don.

Rostov-on-Don, Russia, August 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- A special place in the world of leathers belongs to the goods made of buffalo leather as they conquer by the list of their positive characteristics. The buffalo leather can endure all kinds of treatment; thanks to its high firmness the leather can resist almost any mechanical damage. Big thickness and high strength are the guarantee of the footwear durability. In Rostov-on-Don there is a footwear factory which ordered transportation of footwear components from India, which is the habitat of an unusual animal, to Russia.

Wild Asiatic buffalo is a rare species of animal; its population is constantly decreasing. Due to this fact hunting for this animal is forbidden by the law. However domestic buffalo is not listed in the Red book that is why it is widely used in the household.

In the beginning of June the experts of “Buro perevozok” delivered 3,5 tons of components for buffalo leather footwear from Delhi to Rostov-on-Don in transit via Sheremetyevo airport.

“We agreed all documents and sent them in due time, we did not expect that the controlling authorities would make additional inquiries,” comments Viktor Molchanov, the import manager for “Buro perevozok,” “Nevertheless, upon cargo arrival to the Sheremetyevo airport we were asked to provide documents confirming that the goods are made of the leather of domestic buffalo (bubalus bubalis domesticus). It is because of the fact that the domestic buffalo is the only species on which the shooting is permitted. The Indian party prepared additional certificate confirming the fact that the animal is permitted for import. After that the cargo was allowed to be shipped to Rostov.”

Soon the Russian shops will present for the buyers new footwear models made of an exotic kind of leather.
