He will join the Dotta leadership team consisting of Freddy Carbajal, Founder and CEO and Eliot Swartz, President of Product Innovation and Executive Chef and Business Development Advisor.

Mr. Redd brings a unique set of skills gained a distinguished career in all aspects of the food industry. He is an innovative business leader classically trained in Sales and Brand Marketing, extensive experience building strategic partnerships with Retailers, Product Development, and successfully leading Branded and Private Label organizations. Ed has over 30 years of progressive responsibility within Fortune 500, Small, Mid-size and Start-ups. He brings outstanding leadership, analytical, management, operations and strategic planning skills and has established business partnerships with national and private label brands across the total industry spectrum.

Prior to joining Dotta Foods International, Edward was the Managing Partner of Blue Ocean Strategic Partnership Group, an agency devoted to managing and growing emerging brands, while creating strategic partnerships with retailers. Edward has held executive leadership positions in Category Management, Product Development, Merchandising and Business Development with Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets (former U.S. division of Tesco PLC). He also held various Executive Leadership positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations with Contessa Premium Foods, Pepsi Bottling Group, ConAgra Frozen Foods and Nabisco Foods Group. Mr. Redd holds a Bachelor’s Degree from National University, San Diego, Ca., where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
