Bummis & Funky Fluff Come Together to Bring More Cloth Diapering Options to Parents Around the World
Montreal, Canada, October 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Mini Kiwi Inc “Bummis” announced entering into an agreement to acquire Funky Fluff & Stuff Inc. (“Funky Fluff”). The acquisition is effective immediately, pending closing conditions.
Funky Fluff was founded in 2012 and manufactures premium cloth diapers and accessories. The company has a strong presence in Canada, and has recently expanded more substantially into the United States market, as well as internationally.
Bummis. has been in the cloth diapering industry since 1988. The company is a cornerstone in the Canadian cloth diapering community and makes cloth diapers and accessories that are modern, easy to use, and sustainably made in North America.
Each company brings a unique and complementary component to the new structure, resulting in a wide range of baby and parent-focused cloth diapering solutions.
The addition of the Funky Fluff brand will strengthen Bummis’ already-established product offering, providing customers with more options to meet their cloth diapering needs.
