Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s First Culinary Advancement Program Holds Graduation Ceremony Oct. 31

Dover, DE, October 26, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Dover Downs Hotel & Casino will mark the conclusion of its Culinary Advancement Program’s first year with a graduation ceremony on Monday, Oct. 31 at noon at the casino’s Festival Buffet, Room B.

Eleven Dover Downs Hotel & Casino employees who held positions such as Line Attendant, Line Cook, Lead Line Cook and Pastry Cook will graduate from the program. The Culinary Advancement Program included 40 classes that covered many aspects of the profession, and took place during the past 11 months.

Classes were taught by Dover Downs Hotel & Casino chefs, led by Executive Sous Chef Cade Johnson, who organized the program.

The Culinary Department plans to continue these classes in the future to assist employees with their career goals.
