Indianapolis, IN, October 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Please join the St. Mary of Magdela Catholic community in cooperation with the Women's Ordination Conference for an Equali-Tea. No actual tea will be served and the white gloves are off. This is all about equality for women in the Catholic Church. In anticipation of the US Catholic Bishops' General Assembly in Baltimore in mid November, you will have a chance to sign a "ballot" stating that you vote "yes" that women's voices and wisdom should be included at every table where Church decisions and policy are made. The ballots will be delivered to the bishops meeting by the Women's Ordination Conference. Come and learn more about the women's ordination movement in Indianapolis and what progressive Catholics are up to. Beer, soft drinks and appetizers will be available for $10. The event starts at 6 pm, November 3, at St. Joseph's Brewery 540 N. College Avenue, Indianapolis 46202.
