SME Appoints Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Office Managers

Plymouth, MI, November 15, 2016 --(PR.com)-- SME President and CEO Mark K. Kramer, PE announced the appointment of several individuals in the firm’s regional offices to new leadership roles.

The following individuals have been named Regional Vice Presidents:

- Paul C. Larsen, PE – Southern Region (Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati, OH)
- Timothy J. Mitchell, PE – Central and Western Michigan (Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Lansing)
- Daniel O. Roeser, PG – Eastern Region (Plymouth, Shelby Township, and Detroit, MI, and Cleveland OH)
- Larry W. Shook, PE – Northern Michigan (Bay City and Traverse City)

In their new roles these leaders are tasked with growing SME’s presence in their respective regions and strengthening their teams’ technical, project management, and service delivery capabilities. They will also continue to support the firm’s clients on projects.

The following individuals have been named Regional Office Managers:
- Bradford L. Ewart, II, PE – Lansing, MI
- Jeffery M. Krusinga, PE, GE – Kalamazoo, MI
- Paul J. Schmeisl, PE – Shelby Township, MI
- Anthony B. Thomas, PE – Detroit, MI

Ewart, Krusinga, Schmeisl, and Thomas oversee the day-to-day operations in their respective offices, with focus on achieving strategic goals related to their office’s growth. They too, will continue in a technical capacity to support SME’s clients on projects.

These appointments align with the firm’s ONE|SME initiative to encourage a united approach to service, ensuring that clients receive the same high level of service regardless of the SME service group or location. Regional Vice Presidents and Office Managers work alongside technical Group Leaders and Team Leaders to make meeting client’s needs the firm’s number one priority.
