Wireless Analytics Expands International Focus, Opens Local Presence in Europe

Current Director of Strategic Accounts, Paul Knittle, now becomes a key presence in the European telecom market.

Danvers, MA, December 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Wireless Analytics, an industry leading supplier of enterprise managed mobility services (MMS), has announced that Paul Knittle, Director of Strategic Accounts, will be focusing on growing business in Europe by becoming a local presence.

Knittle, who has worked for Wireless Analytics since 2013 and has over sixteen years of global account management experience, will continue his responsibilities in client management as well as taking on responsibilities for opening WA’s European operations. Knittle leads a team that delivers world-class enterprise mobility support in fifteen countries today, with more being onboarded soon.

“We are very excited that Paul will now be focusing on growing our business in Europe,” said Erik M. Eames, Wireless Analytics CEO. “Paul has proven to be an invaluable resource during his tenure at Wireless Analytics. Paul will continue to build strong relationships and increase our virtual infrastructure with our existing clients, as well as discover new opportunities to support multinational companies across Europe. Few companies like Wireless Analytics are able to provide our white glove level of mobility services not only across the country, but across the globe.”

A growing share of Wireless Analytics’ revenue comes from EMEA countries, and they’ve taken major steps to meet the specific needs of their customers abroad, including live 24-hour weekday support from its Massachusetts-based help desk and by developing technology to integrate seamlessly with their customer’s global help desk systems.

“With this new focus, I’ll be consistently on-site with customers, partners, and vendors across Europe. Wireless Analytics is showing a commitment to international expansion by providing European customers with the same, award-winning enterprise mobile services as the rest of our markets,” commented Knittle. “Wireless Analytics is an ambitious organization that has a strong vision for growth through 2020 and I look forward to being a key player in reaching our goals. I’m a firm believer that shaking a hand and putting a face to a name leads to stronger ties, and better understanding.”
