Two Attorneys Join Kelley Kronenberg’s Tampa Office
Tampa, FL, December 15, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full service business law firm, announced that attorneys Stanley M. “Mike” Kurek, III and Stacey-Ann Saint-Hubert have joined the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Kurek focuses his practice on Mortgage Banking and Lending Services, primarily involving mortgage foreclosure litigation. Ms. Saint-Hubert focuses on Bankruptcy Litigation and Creditors’ Rights.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Mr. Kurek handled contested litigation matters in the areas of foreclosures and real property defense and was the founder of Kurek Law Firm, PLLC, in Valrico, Florida. He is also experienced in business law, non-profit law and estate planning. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Kurek spent five years as an Information Technology Specialist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Kurek received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business Administration while simultaneously completing his Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law under a dual degree program. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Saint-Hubert has more than fifteen years of experience as a business professional in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked for Dennis LeVine & Associates, handling matters involving collections, replevin, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. Throughout her career, Ms. Saint-Hubert has represented financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures of real property, loan workouts, lender liability counterclaims, eminent domain proceedings and homeowner association foreclosure proceedings across the state.
Ms. Saint-Hubert received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Eckerd College and her Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the United States District Courts for Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
