New York, NY, January 23, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Womenfitness.net talks to Carmen Electra, a stunning and highly accomplished actress and model about her incredible professional journey in an exclusive interview with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.

Revealing her workout routine, she said "Dancing is the best exercise for me, but if I’m not dancing I hit the gym. I usually start off with about 20 minutes of cardio, either riding the bike or walking on an incline. Then, I do a series of sit-ups to keep my core tight. Otherwise, it’s all legs for me— the sled or squats mixed in with some other exercises as well. I stopped working out my arms for some time, but now I’m planning on getting back into it so I keep balance throughout my entire body."

Being an actress, she has to take extra care of her skin and hair for which she relies on a smoothie with strawberries, acai, protein, spinach, wheat grass, goji berries and many other fruits, vegetables, and superfoods.

In the interview she says, "My ultimate goal is to eat healthy all week and have Sunday as my cheat day where I can eat as much as I want and whatever I want."

Her beauty is no secret and for keeping her skin young and glowing she uses SkinCeuticals Facial Cleanser and Albotene Moisturizing Cleanser.
