American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) Appoints Jim Cozzarin, MWC™, ELS as Next Editor-in-Chief for AMWA Journal

Rockville, MD, February 03, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Jim Cozzarin, MWC™, ELS has been named Editor-in-Chief of the journal for the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA). The AMWA Journal is a nationally circulated, peer-reviewed publication that aims to be the authoritative, comprehensive source of information about knowledge, skills, and opportunities in the field of medical communication worldwide.

Mr. Cozzarin has been a member and active volunteer for AMWA for the past 22 years. He served as AMWA President from 2006-2007. Along with an extensive institutional knowledge, Mr. Cozzarin brings to the journal his experience in publications, writing, and communication.

Mr. Cozzarin is a long time Ohioan and graduate of the Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He began his career as an English teacher but quickly transitioned to editing. For more than 25 years, Mr. Cozzarin has been employed in the writing and communications field. He is currently a Senior Editor for Editorial Services at ProEd Communications, Inc.® in Beachwood, Ohio.
