Elemental Wellness Approved as the First Legal Cannabis Delivery Service in San Jose
San Jose, CA, February 27, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The San Jose City Council recently voted to amend the City Ordinance governing medical marijuana dispensaries to allow delivery services. Elemental has worked closely with the City to provide a safe, yet fully transparent experience for Elemental members. Elemental Wellness is the first registered San Jose medical marijuana dispensary to successfully apply for and complete the Application for Amendment: Delivery Service process and receive the Notice of Completed Registration-Medical Marijuana Delivery certificate.
Elemental Wellness Center General Manager Steve Peterson commented, “We were pleased to work with city officials to complete this historic new service offering for our members. Not only does it allow us to bring the best of the Elemental experience to our members who cannot make the trip to our 985 Timothy Drive location for health or other reasons, but it also allows the city licensed dispensaries to finally compete with the many unsafe and unlicensed delivery services that have been operating in the community. It was a great honor for the Elemental Wellness Center members to qualify first for this great new service.”
