Ms. Pisegna has over 37 years experience in the healthcare field. She is the Clinical Director of the Family Birth Center at Sutter Mills Peninsula, which is a medical center providing patient care in Burlingame, California. She is responsible for running the labor and delivery department. Ms. Pisegna oversees mothers and babies, the NICU, the diabetic center, department finances, all of the staff and general operations. She has written several articles. She is affiliated with the Association of California Nurse Leaders and received the California Excellence in Leadership award in 2012.

Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, she obtained numerous degrees and is now a candidate for a D.B.A. in Practice in Business Management from Walden University in 2017. In her spare time she enjoys reading and hiking.
