PR.com)-- In a statement today Mr. von Goeler explained: "New Horizons lay ahead. As far as MVG LTD was concerned, after long and careful consideration, we decided to announce closure of operations today, simply because the venture was not economically viable any longer. One of the reasons for the development was the continuously weakening US Dollar since start of operations last year, that had made it more and more difficult to attract the caliber of people in our pool that we would have needed to relocate ."
Mr. Von Goeler will now pursue other interests.
"The concept as such is still extraordinarily attractive, and we would not be surprised if same would reappear in the future, in the one form or the other."
