Frank Say, the founder of U Recover will join Valerie McElvy, host of Serving U Beaver County on WBVP AM radio at 4/23/17 at 10 a.m. for a discussion on the drug epidemic that is sweeping the Pittsburgh area.

Frank Say is an addiction interventionist and has over a decade of experience in the area of substance abuse in the Pittsburgh metro area.
