American Law Society Recognizes Michelle E. Brown

The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Michelle E. Brown has been accepted as a new member.

Ontario, Canada, April 21, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Michelle E. Brown founded and now runs Brown Law Office, a Durham Region Sole Proprietorship that protects the rights of individuals and their families who have suffered injury or wrongful death as a result of the negligent or reckless conduct of another. Michelle sharpened her legal acumen through years of practicing insurance defense law at a top boutique firm in Toronto. Michelle garners an insider’s view of the adjusting process while working as defense counsel for insurance companies. This in turn allows her to fight adeptly on behalf of her clients.

Michelle’s advocacy for the clientele she represents has spanned through all levels of courts in Ontario, in addition to Administrative tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), the Ontario Pension Appeals Board (OCRT), and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB).

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. While studying at Windsor, the Civil Trial Advocacy Program inspired her passion for litigation. Prior to law school, Michelle earned a degree in political science from Mcgill University.

Michelle approaches each case with the profound knowledge that comes from years of collaborating with law firms and insurance companies in the Greater Toronto Area. She prides herself on becoming personally invested in each case.

American Law Society's Board of Directors selectively chooses lawyers who show a history of greatness and consistency. It is a privilege to have Ms. Brown join the organization.
